Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CarbTestFinder website located at https://CarbTestFinder.com (the "Platform"), including all related websites, applications, services, features, communications, and content operated by Cobalt Axis LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Section 1 – Platform Basics

1. About CarbTestFinder

CarbTestFinder is an independent online marketplace and business directory that connects commercial vehicle owners, fleet operators, owner-operators, and other users seeking Clean Truck Check emissions testing services with independent testing providers. The Platform enables users to:

  • Search for emissions testers by location or other criteria.
  • View business profiles, contact information, operating hours, services, and customer reviews.
  • Contact testing providers directly.
  • Submit enquiries.
  • Leave ratings and reviews.
  • Create user accounts.
  • Manage tester profiles.
  • Purchase premium listings, featured placements, advertising, or other paid services that may be offered from time to time.

CarbTestFinder does not perform vehicle inspections, does not issue compliance certificates, does not certify emissions results, and does not employ or supervise the independent testing providers listed on the Platform.

2. Independent Marketplace

CarbTestFinder operates solely as an independent technology platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, CarbTestFinder:

  • is not a testing company;
  • is not a repair facility;
  • is not an inspection station;
  • is not an emissions laboratory;
  • is not a governmental authority;
  • is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, or acting on behalf of the California Air Resources Board (CARB), the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), or any federal, state, or local government agency.

Any reference to governmental programs, regulations, compliance requirements, or public agencies is provided solely for informational purposes. Users remain solely responsible for verifying all regulatory requirements applicable to their vehicles or businesses.

3. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
  • you have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements;
  • you are using the Platform on your own behalf or on behalf of a business or organisation you are authorised to represent;
  • all information you provide is true, accurate, complete, and current;
  • your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, employer, partnership, government agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms: "Company," "we,"

"our," or "us,"
Cobalt Axis LLC.
"Platform,"
CarbTestFinder, including the website, applications, databases, software, directories, communications, APIs, content, and related services.
"User,"
any individual or organisation accessing or using the Platform.
"Customer,"
any person or organisation using the Platform to locate or contact a testing provider.
"Tester,"
an independent business, technician, inspection station, or service provider that creates or maintains a listing on the Platform.
"Listing,"
any business profile, advertisement, promotional placement, directory entry, or published business information displayed on the Platform. "Content," includes text, photographs, logos, graphics, videos, reviews, ratings, software, documents, data, and all other material appearing on or submitted through the Platform.
"User Content,"
any information, reviews, comments, business information, images, documents, or other material submitted by a User.
"Premium Services,"
any paid subscription, featured listing, advertising product, promotional service, or future paid feature offered through the Platform.

5. Eligibility

To use CarbTestFinder, you must:

  • be at least eighteen (18) years old;
  • have legal capacity to enter contracts;
  • comply with all applicable laws;
  • provide accurate registration information;
  • maintain the security of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any person or organisation at our sole discretion where permitted by applicable law.

6. User Accounts

Certain features require account registration. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • provide accurate information;
  • keep your information up to date;
  • maintain the confidentiality of your password;
  • immediately notify us of any unauthorised account activity;
  • accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.

You are responsible for ensuring your login credentials remain secure. The Company is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

7. Business Accounts

Businesses creating Tester profiles represent and warrant that:

  • the business legally exists;
  • the person creating the account has authority to act for the business;
  • all licences, permits, registrations, and certifications required by law are maintained;
  • all information published is truthful and current.

The Company may request documentation to verify any business listing at any time. Failure to provide requested verification may result in suspension or removal of the listing.

8. Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to the Platform is accurate. You agree not to publish information that is:

  • false;
  • misleading;
  • fraudulent;
  • defamatory;
  • unlawful;
  • outdated in any material respect.

The Company may edit formatting, correct typographical errors, request clarification, or remove inaccurate information without prior notice where reasonably necessary to maintain the integrity of the Platform.

9. Electronic Communications

By creating an account or using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from CarbTestFinder electronically, including:

  • account notifications;
  • customer enquiry notifications;
  • security alerts;
  • service announcements;
  • billing communications;
  • optional SMS notifications to Testers who separately opt in;
  • marketing communications (where permitted by law);
  • updates to these Terms or other policies.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications. Transactional and service-related communications may still be sent where necessary for the operation of your account or the Platform.

Optional SMS notifications for Testers are governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions. SMS messages are sent only if you separately opt in by providing a mobile telephone number and selecting the SMS consent checkbox. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to create an account, use the Platform, or purchase any goods or services.

Section 2 – Marketplace Services, Tester Obligations & Customer Responsibilities

10. Marketplace Services

CarbTestFinder provides an online marketplace that enables Customers to locate and communicate with independent Clean Truck Check testing providers. The Platform may include features such as:

  • Tester directory listings
  • Business profiles
  • Geographic search
  • Service descriptions
  • Contact forms
  • Telephone and email links
  • Customer reviews and ratings
  • Featured listings
  • Premium advertising
  • Business verification badges
  • Appointment request features
  • Future marketplace features introduced by the Company The Company continually improves the Platform and reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice.

11. No Inspection or Certification Services

CarbTestFinder does not:

  • perform emissions inspections;
  • perform vehicle testing;
  • inspect commercial vehicles;
  • repair vehicles;
  • certify emissions compliance;
  • issue compliance certificates;
  • determine whether a vehicle passes or fails any inspection;
  • guarantee that any listed Tester is qualified, available, or suitable for your specific needs. All inspection services are provided solely by independent Testers.

Any agreement for testing services exists exclusively between the Customer and the selected Tester. The Company is not a party to those agreements.

12. Tester Responsibilities

Each Tester is solely responsible for:

  • maintaining all required business licenses;
  • maintaining any required certifications or approvals;
  • complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws;
  • complying with California Clean Truck Check requirements where applicable;
  • maintaining appropriate insurance where required by law;
  • ensuring business information remains current;
  • maintaining accurate pricing;
  • maintaining accurate operating hours;
  • responding to customer enquiries professionally;
  • performing services in accordance with applicable regulations.

The Company does not supervise, direct, employ, or control the manner in which Testers operate their businesses.

13. Listing Accuracy

Each Tester agrees that all information published on the Platform must remain accurate and current. This includes, without limitation:

  • business name;
  • business address;
  • phone number;
  • email address;
  • website;
  • operating hours;
  • services offered;
  • pricing (where displayed);
  • certifications;
  • service areas;
  • photographs;
  • logos;
  • promotional materials.

The Company may request updates where information appears inaccurate or outdated. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal of the listing.

14. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • provide truthful information when submitting enquiries;
  • communicate respectfully with Testers;
  • independently verify pricing and availability;
  • confirm appointment details directly with the Tester;
  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • avoid abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive conduct. Customers acknowledge that selecting a Tester is entirely their own decision.

15. No Guarantee of Services

The Company does not guarantee:

  • that a Tester will respond;
  • appointment availability;
  • pricing;
  • inspection outcomes;
  • repair quality;
  • certification results;
  • turnaround times;
  • business hours;
  • customer satisfaction.

The Company makes no representation regarding the competence, reliability, qualifications, or suitability of any listed Tester. Customers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before engaging any service provider.

16. Customer Enquiries

The Platform may allow Customers to contact Testers through enquiry forms, email, telephone links, messaging tools, or future communication features. By submitting an enquiry, Customers acknowledge that:

  • their enquiry information may be shared with the selected Tester;
  • the Company may retain enquiry records for operational, security, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and legal purposes;
  • the Company is not responsible for any agreement subsequently entered into between the Customer and the Tester.

17. Premium Listings & Advertising

The Company may offer paid promotional services, including but not limited to:

  • Featured Listings
  • Sponsored Listings
  • Banner Advertising
  • Homepage Placement
  • Search Priority Placement
  • Business Promotion Packages
  • Future Premium Products Purchase of any promotional service does not guarantee:
  • customer enquiries;
  • website traffic;
  • increased revenue;
  • inspection bookings;
  • search rankings outside the Platform;
  • business growth. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, promotional services are provided on an "as available," basis.

18. Business Verification

The Company may, but is under no obligation to, verify certain information submitted by Testers. Verification may include:

  • business registration;
  • contact information;
  • business location;
  • licensing information;
  • publicly available records.

Any verification badge or designation displayed on the Platform indicates only that certain information has been reviewed by the Company at a particular point in time. It is not a guarantee of current compliance, qualifications, financial stability, service quality, or future performance.

19. Reviews and Ratings

Customers may submit reviews regarding their experiences with Testers. Reviews must:

  • reflect genuine first-hand experiences;
  • be truthful;
  • be respectful;
  • avoid defamatory statements;
  • avoid discriminatory content;
  • avoid threats or harassment;
  • avoid confidential information;
  • avoid advertising unrelated businesses.

The Company reserves the right to moderate, edit, reject, or remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law. The Company is under no obligation to publish every submitted review.

20. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Platform to:

  • publish false business information;
  • impersonate another person or business;
  • create fake accounts;
  • manipulate ratings or reviews;
  • submit fraudulent enquiries;
  • upload malicious software;
  • interfere with Platform security;
  • scrape or harvest Platform data using automated tools without written permission;
  • copy substantial portions of the Platform;
  • transmit spam;
  • engage in phishing;
  • violate intellectual property rights;
  • engage in unlawful or deceptive conduct.

The Company may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

21. Fraud Prevention

To protect Users and the integrity of the Platform, the Company reserves the right to:

  • request identity verification;
  • request business documentation;
  • verify contact information;
  • temporarily suspend listings pending investigation;
  • permanently remove fraudulent accounts;
  • report suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

Users agree to cooperate with any reasonable fraud-prevention measures implemented by the Company.

22. Marketplace Independence

The Company does not control, supervise, or direct the independent businesses listed on the Platform. Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating:

  • an employer-employee relationship;
  • a partnership;
  • a joint venture;
  • an agency relationship;
  • a franchise relationship;
  • a fiduciary relationship between the Company and any Tester or Customer. Each Tester operates as an independent business solely responsible for its own operations, pricing, employees, taxes, insurance, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations.

Section 3 – Payments, Premium Services, User Content & Intellectual Property

23. Premium Services

CarbTestFinder may offer paid products and services to Testers and other businesses, including but not limited to:

  • Premium Listings
  • Featured Listings
  • Sponsored Search Placement
  • Business Advertising
  • Promotional Campaigns
  • Subscription Plans
  • Lead Generation Services
  • Enhanced Business Profiles
  • Future premium features introduced by the Company Participation in any paid service is optional unless expressly stated otherwise.

24. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Platform are quoted in the applicable currency shown at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • prices do not include applicable taxes;
  • Users are responsible for any taxes imposed by their jurisdiction;
  • promotional pricing may be changed or withdrawn at any time;
  • future pricing may differ from previous purchases.

The Company reserves the right to modify pricing for future purchases at any time. Price changes will not affect services already purchased unless expressly stated.

25. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. The Company does not store complete payment card information. By making a payment, you authorise the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount due. Your payment is also subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor.

26. Subscriptions

Certain Premium Services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. Where applicable:

  • subscription terms will be disclosed before purchase;
  • subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled;
  • cancellation prevents future renewals only;
  • previously paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

The Company reserves the right to change subscription plans and features upon reasonable notice.

27. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • directory listing fees;
  • advertising fees;
  • featured listing fees;
  • promotional fees;
  • subscription fees;
  • marketing services are non-refundable once the purchased service has commenced. Refunds required by applicable law will be honoured.

The Company may, in its sole discretion, issue goodwill refunds where appropriate, but doing so does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.

28. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, the Company may:

  • suspend Premium Services;
  • remove featured placement;
  • downgrade the account;
  • suspend advertising campaigns;
  • recover unpaid amounts using lawful means.

Users remain responsible for all amounts owed.

29. Chargebacks

If a User initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, the Company reserves the right to:

  • suspend the relevant account;
  • suspend Premium Services;
  • remove listings;
  • recover unpaid amounts;
  • provide transaction records to the payment processor;
  • dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

Users agree to cooperate in resolving legitimate billing disputes before initiating a payment dispute with their financial institution whenever reasonably possible.

30. Ownership of the Platform

The Platform, including its design, software, source code, databases, trademarks, graphics, logos, text, layout, functionality, and proprietary technology, is owned by Cobalt Axis LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to Users.

31. Limited Licence

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose. Users may not:

  • copy the Platform;
  • reproduce substantial portions of the database;
  • modify the software;
  • reverse engineer the Platform;
  • create derivative works;
  • redistribute Platform content without written permission.

32. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the Platform. By submitting any content, including but not limited to:

  • business information;
  • reviews;
  • photographs;
  • logos;
  • videos;
  • comments;
  • documents;
  • marketing materials; Users grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to:
  • host;
  • reproduce;
  • display;
  • publish;
  • distribute;
  • modify formatting;
  • optimise;
  • promote;
  • archive such content for the operation, marketing, improvement, and administration of the Platform.

This licence continues until the content is removed from the Platform, except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, backup, or regulatory purposes.

33. Business Listings

By creating a business listing, Testers authorise the Company to display:

  • business name;
  • address;
  • phone number;
  • website;
  • service descriptions;
  • logos;
  • photographs;
  • operating hours;
  • service areas;
  • customer ratings;
  • publicly available business information.

The Company may improve formatting and presentation but will not intentionally alter the factual meaning of submitted business information.

34. Reviews and Feedback Licence

Users granting reviews, ratings, testimonials, suggestions, feature requests, or feedback grant the Company the perpetual right to use such feedback without compensation. Feedback may be used to improve existing services or develop future Platform features.

35. Anti-Circumvention

The Platform invests significant resources in developing and maintaining its marketplace. Users agree not to:

  • misuse customer enquiries;
  • exploit Platform features for fraudulent purposes;
  • interfere with the Company's business relationships;
  • intentionally disrupt the Platform's commercial operations;
  • attempt to manipulate search rankings;
  • artificially inflate or suppress ratings. Nothing in this Section prevents Customers and Testers from conducting legitimate business with one another after initial contact through the Platform.

36. Data Ownership

All Platform databases, directory structures, search indexes, classifications, rankings, and compilations created by the Company remain the exclusive property of Cobalt Axis LLC. Users may not extract substantial portions of the database through automated or manual means without prior written permission.

37. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services, including:

  • Stripe;
  • Google Maps;
  • Google Analytics;
  • cloud hosting providers;
  • email delivery providers;
  • customer support software;
  • social media platforms.

The Company is not responsible for the availability, security, privacy practices, or content of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

38. Beta Features

From time to time, the Company may release experimental or beta features. Beta features are provided on an "as available," and "as is," basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. The Company makes no warranty regarding the availability, functionality, or reliability of beta features.

39. Future Services

The Company may introduce new services, products, technologies, artificial intelligence features, integrations, advertising products, APIs, or marketplace functionality in the future. Unless expressly stated otherwise, those services will automatically become subject to these Terms upon their release.

Section 4 – Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification & Legal Protections

40. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • merchantability;
  • fitness for a particular purpose;
  • non-infringement;
  • uninterrupted availability;
  • security;
  • reliability;
  • accuracy;
  • completeness;
  • timeliness. The Company does not warrant that:
  • the Platform will always be available;
  • the Platform will be error-free;
  • the Platform will be secure against cyber attacks;
  • listings are accurate or complete;
  • Testers possess any particular qualification beyond what they represent;
  • Customers will obtain satisfactory services;
  • any vehicle will pass inspection;
  • any compliance certificate will be issued.

41. Independent Businesses

All Testers listed on CarbTestFinder operate as independent businesses. The Company does not:

  • employ Testers;
  • supervise Testers;
  • inspect their facilities;
  • guarantee their work;
  • control pricing;
  • negotiate contracts;
  • participate in inspection decisions.

Any agreement for inspection services exists solely between the Customer and the selected Tester.

42. No Government Affiliation

CarbTestFinder is an independent private marketplace. The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of:

  • California Air Resources Board (CARB);
  • California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV);
  • United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA);
  • any federal, state, county, or local governmental authority. References to governmental agencies or regulatory programs are provided solely for informational purposes.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

43. Limitation of Liability

  • indirect damages;
  • incidental damages;
  • consequential damages;
  • special damages;
  • exemplary damages;
  • punitive damages;
  • lost profits;
  • lost revenue;
  • lost business opportunities;
  • business interruption;
  • loss of data;
  • reputational harm;
  • loss of goodwill;
  • regulatory penalties;
  • inspection failures;
  • repair costs;
  • compliance costs;
  • towing costs;
  • transportation delays;
  • customer disputes;
  • vehicle downtime. WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

44. Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Cobalt Axis LLC arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of:

  • One Hundred United States Dollars (USD $100); or
  • the total amount paid by the User to the Company during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted.

45. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cobalt Axis LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, assigns, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, fines, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Platform;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of applicable law;
  • your business operations;
  • your User Content;
  • your reviews;
  • your interactions with other Users;
  • your negligence or misconduct;
  • any infringement of intellectual property rights;
  • any inaccurate or misleading information you submit.

The Company reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defence of any matter subject to indemnification.

46. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters;
  • floods;
  • fires;
  • earthquakes;
  • war;
  • terrorism;
  • civil unrest;
  • government actions;
  • labour disputes;
  • internet outages;
  • power failures;
  • cyber attacks;
  • cloud infrastructure failures;
  • telecommunications interruptions;
  • pandemics;
  • epidemics. During such events, the Company's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the affected period.

47. Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where permitted by law, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or listing if it reasonably believes that a User has:

  • violated these Terms;
  • provided false information;
  • engaged in fraudulent activity;
  • manipulated reviews or ratings;
  • violated applicable law;
  • infringed intellectual property rights;
  • compromised Platform security;
  • engaged in abusive or harmful conduct. Termination may include removal of listings, reviews, advertising, account information, and access to Premium Services.

48. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • your right to access the Platform immediately ceases;
  • outstanding payment obligations remain enforceable;
  • provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.

49. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

50. Dispute Resolution

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through informal negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue any remedies available under applicable law, subject to the governing law and venue provisions contained in these Terms. Nothing in this Section limits either party's right to seek temporary injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to protect its legal rights.

51. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Users agree that any claims against the Company shall be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as part of any class action, collective action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding. If this waiver is determined to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

52. Notices

The Company may provide notices by:

  • email;
  • website publication;
  • account notifications;
  • other reasonable electronic means.

Users are responsible for keeping their contact information current.

53. Assignment

The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, corporate restructuring, financing transaction, or operation of the Platform. Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company's prior written consent.

54. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

55. Waiver

Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other rights available to the Company.

56. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Cobalt Axis LLC regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings relating to the Platform.

57. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated version will become effective upon publication unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

Section 5 – General Provisions

59. Electronic Acceptance

By creating an account, submitting a listing, purchasing Premium Services, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that your electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Electronic records maintained by the Company shall be admissible to demonstrate your acceptance of these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

60. Electronic Records

The Company continually develops and improves the Platform. Features may be added, modified, relocated, or discontinued without prior notice where reasonably necessary to improve functionality, security, legal compliance, or user experience.

70. Reservation of Rights

Any rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Cobalt Axis LLC. Nothing contained within these Terms shall be interpreted as granting Users any ownership interest in the Platform or its underlying technology.

These Terms are drafted in English. If translated into another language, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law in the event of any inconsistency.
