SMS Terms & Conditions

CarbTestFinder provides optional SMS notifications to registered Testers using the Platform. SMS messages are intended to help Testers receive timely information regarding activity associated with their CarbTestFinder account.

Messages may include:

• New CARB test booking notifications
• Appointment confirmations
• Upcoming appointment reminders
• Appointment changes
• Appointment cancellations
• Booking status updates
• Other important account or booking-related notifications

The SMS program is intended primarily for transactional and service-related communications associated with a Tester's CarbTestFinder account. The program is not used to send third-party advertising or unaffiliated promotional messages.

Testers may opt in to SMS notifications when registering for or managing their CarbTestFinder account.

To opt in, the Tester must:

• provide a valid mobile telephone number; and
• affirmatively select the SMS consent checkbox presented on the Platform.

The SMS consent checkbox is not pre-selected. By selecting the checkbox, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from CarbTestFinder at the mobile number you provided.

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional. It is not required to create a Tester account, use the Platform, or purchase any goods or services.

Message frequency varies depending on your CarbTestFinder account activity and the number of bookings, appointments, changes, or cancellations associated with your account.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. CarbTestFinder is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving SMS messages.

You may opt out of CarbTestFinder SMS messages at any time by replying:

After you submit a STOP request, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages through the program unless you subsequently opt in again.

CarbTestFinder respects the privacy of your mobile information.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose information to service providers that assist us in delivering SMS messages or operating the Platform, but only as necessary to provide those services on our behalf.

SMS message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and mobile carriers, including all major U.S. wireless carriers. CarbTestFinder cannot guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered or received within a particular timeframe.

You are responsible for providing an accurate mobile telephone number and keeping your contact information current. If your mobile number changes or is transferred to another person, you should update or remove the number from your CarbTestFinder account.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our services, technology, legal requirements, or messaging practices. Any updated version will be published on CarbTestFinder with a revised effective date.
